Peyton Anderson Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Peyton Anderson Scholars
Introduction
The Peyton Anderson Scholarship was created in 2009 to commemorate the twentieth anniversary of The Peyton Anderson Foundation. Mr. Anderson believed in improving the lives of others through service and strongly valued higher education. During his life he provided funding to help deserving students pursue college. Since the program began, the Foundation has awarded more than $1,000,000 to promising Bibb County students with financial need, and several recipients have already graduated from college.
