The Nevada State Education Association (NSEA), working together with elected officials and members of the community, is proud to award two Loretta Harper Reach for the Stars scholarships. NSEA especially encourages students pursuing degrees in education to apply, but applicants from any field are welcome—support is not restricted to education majors. Eligibility - Must be a graduating senior or a graduate of a Nevada public high school. - Must be enrolled in, or planning to enroll in, a Nevada-accredited: - community college, - four-year university, or - career and technical education institution.
