How winners are selected and notified
- Five (5) scholarship winners will be selected by an internal panel of judges from Church Hill Classics. Submitted entries may be published online.
- Judging will focus on creativity and alignment with the contest guidelines; entries that demonstrate correct spelling and grammar will be given preference. Winners will be chosen based on originality and creativity.
- The judges’ determinations are final, binding, and conclusive in all matters pertaining to the Contest.
- Sponsor will attempt to contact each potential winner up to three times via email, text, or telephone (method chosen at Sponsor’s discretion). If a potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) days after the third contact attempt, or declines the prize, that individual will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be chosen.
