Edward C. Bryant Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by American Statistical Association
Introduction
In 1995 Westat created the Edward C. Bryant Scholarship Trust Fund to commemorate its cofounder and chair emeritus, Edward C. Bryant, and to provide financial support for a student pursuing graduate study. Westat, an employee-owned statistical firm founded in 1961, expanded under Bryant’s leadership into a leading statistical research organization serving federal, state, and local governments, as well as private businesses and foundations.
