Planning to attend college as a full-time, degree-seeking student at any University of California (UC) or Cal State University in the Fall of 2025

High school seniors who reside in Los Angeles or Orange County, California
Plan to attend a University of California (UC) or California State University (CSU) as a 1st year student in the Fall of 2025. (If selected, must submit college acceptance letter for verification.)
A minimum cumulative unweighted high school GPA of 3.2
A household income at or below the County Low Income Level (if selected, must provide 2023 or 2024 tax return for verification)
Open to ALL MAJORS and there is NO ETHNICITY REQUIREMENT
Employees of Cathay Bank and their immediate family members are NOT eligible
