Jack Reynolds Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Jack Reynolds Scholarship Fund
Eligibility - Available to student‑athletes who are finishing high school and who plan to continue their education at a post‑secondary institution (university, college, or vocational/technical school). Overview and Selection - The recipient is chosen by a committee and will be a student who reflects the qualities associated with Jack Reynolds: scholarship (academic commitment), sportsmanship, integrity, dedication, and mentorship. Required Application Materials Please submit all of the following items: 1. Resume (covering grades 9–12) that includes: - Honors and awards (academic and athletic) - Co‑curricular involvement and leadership positions - Community and school service / volunteer work - Employment or work experience (if applicable) 2. Essay describing how school and/or athletics have influenced you. The essay must address how you demonstrate each of Jack Reynolds’s attributes: - Scholarship - Sportsmanship - Integrity - Dedication - Mentorship 3. At least one letter of recommendation from one of the following: Advisor, Principal, Athletic Director, or Head Coach. 4. High school transcript submitted in a sealed envelope. 5. Completed and signed scholarship application form. All items should be submitted together as instructed on the application. The committee will review submissions against the standards above when making its selection.
